The wealthy mother wants her son to marry a rich woman, but she also shows her own willingness to sacrifice for her family. The heroine, though from modest means, is a tenacious, accomplished game theory expert who wins her prince through her integrity and strategy.

Patrick Cohn of Peak Performance Sports writes here about the mindset of retired Norwegian athlete Ole Einar Bjoerndalen. The most decorated Winter Olympian with 13 medals, Bjoerndalen was the oldest champion at Sochi. In addition to serious conditioning, he worked with a trainer earlier in his career to develop the necessary mental skills to think like a champion.

Online gifts amount to about 10% of all dollars donated to nonprofits, according to Network for Good Digital Giving Index. But there is no question that the digital donor is here to stay and will represent a larger percentage of nonprofit revenue in the coming years.
