AC Fitzgerald performed a fundraising audit of development operations, personnel, and systems and recommended that the CEO restructure the development operation. ACF’s counsel highlighted the importance of donor contact and stewardship and coached our client in building stronger relationships with donors. ACF also pinpointed the strategic opportunities with a staffing plan focused on data management, operations, and major gifts in order to grow a stable pipeline of fundraising revenue.
